Podcorn

Terms of Use

Updated October 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Podcorn, provided by the Podcorn team. By using Podcorn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For help or questions, contact [email protected].

Accounts and access

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be legally able to accept these terms or have any parental or guardian permission required where you live.

Public podcasts and public Radio may be available without an account. Some saving, community and subscriber Radio features require an account and appropriate access. Availability can change when a publisher or station changes its service.

Premium during beta

Premium beta access is free. Enabling it does not take payment, create a paid subscription or start automatic renewal. The beta offer can change or close; no payment will be taken automatically when it ends.

A future paid subscription will require a separate purchase through the supported store and its displayed terms. The current beta does not simulate a paid purchase or offer paid purchase restoration.

Audio, downloads and sharing

Podcasts, artwork and Radio content belong to their respective creators or rights holders. Podcorn provides access to that content; it does not give you ownership or unrestricted reuse rights.

Use downloads and sharing features only as permitted by the rights holder and applicable law. You are responsible for permission to publish exported audio or other content. Downloads may stop being available if the underlying content is removed or access changes.

Community rules

Do not post spam, harassment, threats, hateful or illegal content, impersonate another person, publish private information without permission, or infringe another person's rights. Do not misuse reports or attempt to bypass account or access restrictions.

You remain responsible for content you submit. You allow Podcorn to store, display and moderate that content as needed to operate the service. Submitted reviews may require approval before publication.

You can block users and report content or accounts. Blocks are personal visibility preferences. Reports are reviewed by authorized staff and may result in content being hidden or removed, or an account being restricted. Multiple reports increase review priority; reports alone do not establish that someone violated these terms.

Deactivate or delete your account

Deactivate Account preserves your data and closes your current sessions. You can reactivate it by signing in again.

Delete Account permanently removes your personal account data and erases your authored content. De-identified references and redacted moderation records may remain where needed for record integrity. Signing in with the same email later creates a new account. See the Privacy Policy for backup, support and exported-copy limits.

Beta availability and support

Beta software can contain errors, interruptions and changing features. We may update, limit or discontinue features, and may restrict accounts that misuse the service. Please report problems through Contact Support or [email protected].

These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law. We will update them when the service or billing changes materially.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available, without a guarantee that every feature or item of content will remain available or work without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the updated date and communicated in the app where appropriate.
